N L Dalmia is a good institute. However, it does not offer MMS or MBA in IT for full time as well as part time. As far as placement concern, it has 100% placement for its students for all specialisations with average package of 4-4.5 lakhs p.a. This is average. It has not mentioned lowest and highest package. I am sure after working in TCS for 2+ years your salary must be near the same. It takes 2 years to complete an MBA and if you compare your salary growth even at the average 15% you need to check where will be you after 2 years. You have to pay around 1.25 Lakhs fee p.a. and other associated expenses. Considering this, you need to look into loss of your 2 year's salary, your expenses for these two years and whether the MBA really covers up that. I doubt.

You should continue with work and also prepare for CAT/ MH CET and strive for a better institute. Alternatively, after a year, you may decide to do part time/ executive MBA from JBIMS, KJ Somaiya etc. who also offer MIM i.e. MBA IT
As far as manager concern, if you want to be a technical manager such as project manager, MBA may not help but an MCA from a good institute is a better choice so the M.Tech and if you are looking for career such as IT manager, role where managing people involves then MBA IT may help you. If you are looking for switch in job role such as pre sales manager, business analyst etc MBA marketing can be a better choice.
