BBA is Bachelor of Business Administration and BBM (IB) is Bachelor of Business Management in International business.
The BBA and BBM programs usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific concentrations.
The degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of the functional areas of a company, and their interconnection, while also allowing for specialization in a particular area.
The degree also develops the student's practical managerial skills, communication skills and business decision-making capability.
Whereas BBM (IB) is specialized program in international business, where you will get in depth knowledge about import export etc.
So, if you wish to build your career specifically in the filed international business only in that case pursuing BBM (IB) would be the best option for you, whereas if you wish to keep your scope open for other sector as well in that case pursuing general BBA or BBM program would be the best option for you.

Besides the program mentioned above you may even consoder purusing MBA, in order to pursue MBA from good universities in New Zealand, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
