Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements, package etc. You may directly contact the college officials for specific information.
