I would suggest you to go for computer science. Reason is simple that computer science gradutes are considered hot favourites.
So if you are too good in programming skills then you can get a job just like how an engineer gets and payscale depends on you hardwork and talent.
IT also has scope but since last few years its degrading according to me due to recession and the field is considered saturated.
