Hi Amit,
You surely can get admission to the college. Only some companies visiting the campus have a criteria of minimum 60 percent in graduation. You will be eligible for all the other companies. But you need to have above 50 percent in your graduation or else you will not be eligible. Your placement opportunities wont be very much affected by this. Companies look for many other criteria other than a decent academic record. You can still be eligible for bagging a placement in a good company. The minimum educational qualification is as given below;
Graduation (minimum three year duration) in any discipline from a recognized

Hi Anuja,
Yes you can pursue Masters in HRM from Australia and qualify for UGC-Net. You will have to apply to Universities that meet the following criteria in the lines of Indian Universities:
1. Eligibility requirements - Should be similar to Indian Universities
2. Duration of the programme - The PG course should be of two years and not one year
3. Accreditation status of the University(s) - Should be accredited by the Australian Education Board and you need to check with the AIU regarding the University's accreditation. Call them up or email them prior to joining a foreign University.
Do let me know in case you need any kind of assistance
