Hi Ankita, Oxford offers quite a few courses in English. You need to first shortlist one among those. However, for your convenience I have mentioned below how does oxford expect an application and their requirements for MSt English.
To begin with the deadline for MSt English Language is either the 21 January 2011 or 11th March 2011. To apply for the course you will need to submit application form, including a statement of purpose, one or two pieces of written work (either two pieces of work of 2,000 words apiece, or a single piece of 4,000 words), a transcript of your previous higher education and three references to be sent by academics who are familiar with your work. The deadline is absolute, and all late submissions will be rejected.
You will ned to have a background in English which you already have, but with a minimum of 60% aggregate. Also, you will need to appear for IELTS, though not specified but for courses like this a minimum of 7.0 is expected in IELTS.

Hi Shahnawaz, for this you will basically need to provide Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written. Also, a copy of your registration in India as a dentist.
Along with all the above, if you are going for a clinical course then you will also need to have cleared MJDS exam. The details about the exam can be had from this link : www.mjdf.org.uk/
