No doing BHMS after BAMS is not best use of your time and studies. Here's why:
Different Medical Systems: BAMS is about Ayurveda, but BHMS is about Homeopathy. They are different ways to treat people. If you do BHMS, you need to learn all Homeopathy basics, which you don't learn in BAMS.
Both are UG Degrees: BAMS and BHMS are both bachelor degrees. They let you work as doctor in their own fields. Doing another bachelor don't make you a higher doctor.
