For B.Tech Civil at LPU, placement opportunities are available but more focused on core and construction-related companies. Students get roles in areas like site engineering, project management, quality control, and planning. The average package for Civil Engineering is usually around 4 to 6 LPA, depending on skills and company type. Higher packages are possible for students with strong technical knowledge, internships, and software skills like AutoCAD or STAAD. Overall, placements are steady, but individual effort plays a major role in outcomes.
