No you are not eligible for the B.Tech. PCM subjects are included in the syllabus of B.Tech also but biology is the main subject for B.Tech but you can get admission in engineering.

Yes, definitely you are eligible for fashion designing course after completion of your B.Tech from engineering. It's a very good decision taken by you. You must go for that field in which you have your personal interest.
As now you have completed your Bachelor degree, so my suggestion to you is that you should go for the Masters in fashion technology. You can go for the M.Tech or MBA in fashion designing course after the completion of your B.Tech.

Well, both are good for B.Tech programme in terms of placements, infrastructure and quality education and the recent results and rankings have proved it as well. But when you compare these two, Galgotias University is ahead in the race. You will enjoy a better college life in Galgotias than in GLA.
