It may be possible, you have to be a good student firstly and start applying for jobs during course completion. You should talk with the career or student support centre of the university in Germany, students can be placed or get a job anywhere depending on the market. For job procedures in the USA read about H1B visa process online. It's not an easy process now post Trump administration. Keep yourself updated with current affairs also.

Sorry, it's not possible in VIT Vellore or Chennai campus but you will get admission in Bhopal campus in CSE but let me make one thing clear this is newest campus of VIT and last yr students got CSE below 1 lakh rank easily and i think its not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus because fees structure similar to VIT Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And, its infrastructure is not fully completed and still its under development.
If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college. Additional Infor
