Are you sure that your rank lies around 15,000 (TS EAMCET)?
If so, there may be a chance for you to get a seat in mechanical (reg/idp).
But the allotment of seats is also based on your caste.
If you come under BC/SC/ST, there may be a chance for you.
But if you are an OC (general candidate), then it is not possible, your rank should be under 5000.

If you do B.Sc. Maths statistics and CS, you have good job opportunities, but it totally depends how strong you made your Resume. On the other hand, if you go for CS engineering, you have greater job opportunities many of which are campus selection which are easier to get. Starting salary is different for different campuses and it totally depends on your abilities.

It depends on you, there are good colleges in India namely the IIMs, colleges in Mumbai, Bangalore and so on. Doing your Masters abroad, will need you to get a good IELTS or TOEFL score, which will then help you getting a good university. It depends on you where do you want to see yourself from now, as both the options are good.
