IIMB started offering massive open online courses (MOOCs) in 2014 through its digital learning initiative, IIMBx, in partnership with edX, a non-profit online initiative of Harvard and MIT. Apart from edX, the programme offers courses on its own platform, IIMBx, and SWAYAM. IIMBx offers MOOCs in all areas of Management: Data and Insights, Economics, Finance, Marketing, People Management, Operations, and Strategy. IIMBx, the digital learning initiative of IIMB, is founded on the philosophy that everyone, regardless of their financial, academic, or social backgrounds, should have access to high quality education. IIMBx courses are available on multiple platforms, including SWAYAM, the national learning portal of India, edX, and IIMBx (open edX).

IIM Bangalore Hostel fees are INR 80,000 for a single student and INR 3.76 lakh for family accommodation. IIM Bangalore students are provided with accommodation on campus in a well-appointed single room in the hostels. IIM-B has 16 hostel blocks, one executive block, and executive accommodation at the Management Development Centre, popularly known as MDC. Twenty-four-hour Internet connectivity, fully automatic washing machines, a hair salon, a music room, a student-run library, a recreation room, and a store on the hostel premises are standard features. Laundry and ironing services, an intercom facility, and a guest room facility for visitors are also provided.

Okay! So you need to get a decent score in 12th board examinations.The criteria keeps on changing that is updated by NTA (National Testing Agency). Mostly, the criteria that is followed is scoring above 75 %.While this criteria will help you getting admissions in NITs with clearance of Jee Mains and IITs with clearance of Jee advance.In NSUT, you would get admissions purely on the basis of Jee Mains and there is no such value for Boards. Further you need to get a decent rank in Jee Mains to get a admission in NSUT.All depends on how good rank you make it to and seats availability for the branches you prefer for. That part gets covered in the Counseling part carried out by JAC DELHI (Joint Admission Counselling).

The college has some best faculty you will ever find in your life. It really depends on the students if they actually want to grab the knowledge being made available to them in the classes. If classes taken with dedication can provide great benefits in various fields. Talking more about it, you will obviously find some faculty members not at all considerate about the students.Though the number is less here but you need to keep in mind that this a government college and some faculty members might leave the syllabus and don't make you learn their subject well. You will finally have to rely on YouTube videos and courses to get the knowledge of the subject.

1.Most of the faculty members will give their best to share the knowledge.

2.You need to be honest to yourself for taking classes with seriousness.

3. There might be some faculty members who would leave you no option other than referring the subject through YouTube.

IIM Bangalore admission 2024 is completely entrance-based. Admission to the flagship course, i.e., MBA of IIM Bangalore, is based on a valid score in the CAT exam. The CAT exam has three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Quantitative Aptitude (QA). CAT syllabus is often said to be more engineer-friendly, but the truth is that apart from Quantitative Aptitude, no other topic of the CAT syllabus is such that students from the non-Engineering background cannot crack. In fact, even the Quantitative Aptitude section includes advanced-level Mathematics topics studied in Class 9-10. All that the candidates need to do is brush up on the fundamentals of the topics included in the syllabus from the CAT study material. In order to aim for the 99.99 percentile in the CAT exam, candidates must understand the exam pattern well, so that their selection of questions ensures they solve the paper with an overall accuracy of 100 percent. CAT is a speed and accuracy test. Practice as many CAT question papers and mock tests as you can to improve speed and accuracy. In this last phase of CAT preparation, focus completely on mock tests and revision. This is the crucial time when you can take your CAT score from 95 to 99 percentile.

The average and median package offered during IIM Bangalore PGP + PGP BA placements 2023 stood at INR 35.31 LPA and INR 33 LPA, respectively. For EPGP course, the average and median packages offered was  INR 33.07 LPA and INR 32.21 LPA, respectively. Candidates of IIM Bangalore saw a rise of 4% in the average package when compared with the 2022 placement. About 606 offers were accepted during IIM Bangalore PGP and PGP BA placements. The top recruiters at IIM Bangalore in 2023 included leading companies such as The Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Accenture Strategy CN, Tata Consultancy Services, McKinsey & Company, etc.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% or an equivalent CGPA (45% for those in the SC, ST, or PwD categories) in order to be selected for IIM Bangalore. Admission to IIM Bangalore in 2024 is exclusively through entrance. A valid CAT exam score is required for admission to the flagship programme at IIM Bangalore, the MBA. This is followed by rounds of written ability tests and personal interviews.

International students can apply to IIM Bangalore via the GMAT or GRE, and the Indian students can apply using CAT. The IIM-B exams are administered by IIM Bangalore in order to admit students to PhD and Executive MBA (EPGP) programs.
