As said by neelu ji, colleges abroad may differ in the eligibility requirement from one another, hence it is important that you fish out the institutes situated abroad based on your qualification.
In India, there are many institutes offering courses on Animation like BITS, NID, IDC IIT, Arena, MAAC, Kurukshetra University etc. Out of the mentioned names, Kurukshetra University offers an integrated animation course - B.Tech + M.Tech in Animation, and NID ahmedabad offers a 4 year graduate diploma in Animation.
