In my opinion, LAW & MBA together dont seem of much sense to me. But I find the way of MBA(Operations/HR etc) and a A company secretaries course by ICSI simultaneously a promising way ahead.
OR
A undiverted attention and concentration in LAW is better Promising.

In order to pursue MBA from AICTE approved institutes and recognized universities you need to have atleat 50% marks in graduation.
As per your profile I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then pursue MBA through distance education.
