Perhaps you could first try pursuing further studies in engineering, by first giving the GATE exams. The GATE exams are equivalent to GRE Tests and some universities abroad do not require you to give the GRE exams if you have given the GATE exams.
For more information on GATE exams as well as for further guidance you could check out this website: http://thegateacademy.com/faq/

Dear Vitthal,
First things first: Don't panic! There is a good news for you. You will get admission in a college in your area. See, although you have not scored good marks in your 10+2, but, it doesn't mean that you can not become a good engineer, a famous doctor or a knowledgeable teacher. The colleges today are facing problem of scarcity. The number of seats available are more than the number of students. So, getting admitted is not a big deal.
But, do one thing: Start dreaming!
CHEERS!

Dear Dhruvesh,
Please understand one thing: IT sector companies don't want nerds, but, they want 'the best' Programmers. So, even if you take Mechanical Engg or Civil Engg too, it hardly matters until and unless you have a strong programming skill.
When IT giants like Facebook come to India's premier colleges for recruitment, they do not talk about the Eligibility Criterion based on your course/stream, but, only a single thing they ask: Programming!
So, based on this criterion, the branches you mentioned are nearly the same as all of them include Programming language learning. So, it's completely on to you to make a choice. Best of luck D
