the ph.d is a doctrate degree,the eligibility for that is PG with minimum 55% for general&obc and for sc,st it require minimum 50%.The duration is minimum 3-5 years.There are vaious universities which provide ph.d.you can do your ph.d which is approved by UGC(University of Grant comission).
You can do ph.d in public administration if you done your PG in same b'coz subject will not change in ph.d.

Hello ravneet,according to me it is better that you can do distance m.com b'coz you done b.ed on behalf of this definitely you will get job of teaching so you cn't do regular m.com,However you can do job with distance m.com side-by-side so you will get experience also your master degree is completed.
