Broadly speaking, there is not much difference between the curriculum of a B. Com and a BBA degree, in the Indian context.
It is more of a marketing gimmick to create an illusion of superiority around BBA to make students, and hence of course their parents, pay more for their studies.
Let's take a look at the subjects, one studies in B.Com vis-a-vis BBA. I cannot really mention all the subjects of both the courses here because that will make the post too long. But here are two links that talk about the subjects taught in the two courses, and you will not find major differences between the two.

Your NATA score is really good. Selections for B.Arch degree is from NATA score and HSC boards score your merit marks will be around 112. If you would tell me in which state you are looking for then I will able to help you more.
My suggestion is that making a list of Maharashtra Architecture colleges because Maharashtra is the only state which has a better B.Arch course from others so take a look on that.
All the best for your bright future.
Good luck!

Hello Anish,
Yes, you can change the branches from biotechnology to chemical engineering and any other choices. The only way is to have a high score in the semester exams like 9/10 or more CGPA/CPI. The one with a high score will be given the first preference. In case of a tie, JEE Advanced ranks will be used.
I think this provision is available in all IITs.
But, you cannot change from B.SC to B.Tech, as they are two different streams.

There is no use of doing CCNA or DBA certification after MBA IT. If you wanted to remain in the technical field, you should not have done MBA IT.
