Why would an Indian university provide you scholarship to study abroad? The university abroad would give you a scholarship if you have a good profile. You must have good grades and a strong profile, scholarships are given on merit.

No, I don't think so. KCG is a decent college for other engineering branches, but for civil engineering, there are no placements that are up to the mark.

No this is not possible at all. For 12 the examination, Your must have to passed 11th standard. You cannot attend 11th and 12th boards examination at same time.

You can do so, but still, it would be safe for you to check with the by-laws of your university, as in certain cases some universities do ban pursuit of additional courses or expect the students to seek NOC. You can complete two degree course as it is not illegal but it will not help you much. If you go for Part time MBA then also you will not be able to show both of your degree at the same time then what is the use of having such degree. If you are that much keen to go for MBA then first of all complete the course of Law and after that go for MBA.
