Hi Kavya,
Don't be in hurry to get employed. First, calmly pursue your graduation and side by side, visit the job websites that require minimum qualification for a government job, don't take me wrong, all is I mean to say is that a good degree can give you a good job with less qualification, but with less payscale.

It is totally dependent on you. But, if you cannot clear the CAT examination, then B.Com from good institute will help you to generate its job opportunities but doing B.Com from the college where attendance does not matter can't help to generate job opportunities for you.
