S P University is better.
The College is pretty good. Teachers are well qualified, helping and friendly. Infrastructure is somewhat good, but it hardly matters sometimes, because the environment developed there is pretty good for studies. The industrial exposure that you get is also good.

There is nothing to get disheartened. As you have completed your class 12th now, you have to focus on the next part i.e. getting into college. You want then take a year drop and join a coaching center. But, I would advise you to work on your PCM/PCB basics. If your basics are not clear, then the high level coaching maybe a bit difficult to understand. Start preparing and I am sure, if u focus correctly you will definitely do well. All the best.
