The fee structure of B.P.Ed course of Nalbari college is 60,000 INR for 3 Years.

As cutoff rank for admission varies from branch to branch, year to year, paper difficulty level, number of seats.on past trends 13800 may be enough to secure a seat NIT but not may be course of choice.you may go upto last round of counselling for getting your choice of course and college.

You can go upto last round but their is very small chance that you can get seat in JIPMER karaikal. As from last years pattern shows that with 690 around marks goes for open AIR and for EWS it goes for 656 marks  so you go upto last round.

M.A in french is 2 year post graduate course in India. For getting admission in MA french in any central university of india, they have to give entrance exam for particular university like for JNU  i.e JNUEE etc.

The fee vary from university to university as JNU and BHU have fees around 4k  and where as University of lucknow have fee of 43k. The fee range is around 4k to 60k In central university of india.

Yes, you will able to get into state government colleges but it will very hard to get into any NIT even in last Round of JOSAA Counselling. You can try in JAC Delhi and CSAB counseling in spot round by this you can get lower branches in colleges like DTU, NSIT.
