The university offering distance education must be approved by UGC and DEB.In addition to that for specific courses like PGDM /technical courses, it may be approved by AICTE.

If you saved the choices of college in IPU will automatically locked. But you neither have saved nor you have locked the preferences then the counselling beomes void or you will allotted after seats that are left.

Unfortunately, You will not able to get into any college with 29 percentile but I suggest you look for other option like state level exam or for some other private universities.As Jee conducted twice a year so can sit again in JEE exam if you have chances and age creteria or sit in MH-CET next year .wish you all the best.

Yes, NIT student can sit in JEE exam again to get a seat in IIT. The candidate who opted IIT can also give JEE exam but he must check out is chances and age in JEE exam.as Jee exam conducted twice a year so student can sit in JEE exam evem after choosing IIT.

As your general rank will be around 260000+ in NEET, This rank will not be enough to get into any college for MBBS .This marks even not be sufficent for reserved category student to get into any govt. MBBS seat but there will be little chances to get into BAMS college.

To get admission in MBA course One should sit in any exam like CAT, XAT, SNAP, CMAT, IIFT etc.Top MBA college are:-

You eligible for Wbjee exam .You can give compartment exam.The minimum creteria for Wbjee are :-

  1. 10+2 passed from recognised board/counsel.
  2. 60% aggregated marks in PCM.

Yes, you can easily get into B planning course but for Barch it may or may not be you can try for it. Last year patterns shows for Bplanning General rank goes upto 2000 but for B arch rank goes upto general rank 1000.
