Based on your rank you can get NIT, Tiruchirappalli/ Warangal/ Calicut/ Hamirpur for Architecture and CSE.
In case you are desirous of some other branch then apply in private universities like Chitkara, Baddi, Lovely, Galgotia, Manav Rachna etc where you can get admission very easily in any branch you desire of. Not only that with your rank you can also get scholarship in some of them.
