At the outset, I would like to state that all fields have growth opportunities. Lot of students make the mistake of blindly following their peer group, are pressurized by family members or take a decision based on information gathered from people, who have no knowledge whatsoever, about the industry. You have to identify your strengths and weakness. This essentially means, you have to identify your skill sets. Just to cite an example, a student's strength could be, excellent oral communication, powerful listener, ability to bond with a team, discipline, open mindedness and so on. Likewise, you have to identify your weakness. You have to be brutally honest with yourself in this exercise. Once you are done with this, you have to identify the areas or functions which require your skill sets. You then choose the area \ function in which you want to make your career

You might get into a tier -2 universities, if you had arrears (Backlogs) but have cleared them. However, if you have not cleared and still have arrears, its not possible to get admission. Hence, would request you to clear your backlogs first.
There are many good and top ranked universities in Canada, offering variety of courses at undergraduate and graduate level.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall(August)
Spring(January)
It is always advisable to start the application process at least 6-7 months in advance of your planned admission intake.All the international students whose first or native language is not English have to prove their English proficiency by taking either TOEFL or IELTS.
Apart from these exams students also need to take GMAT exam for MBA and GRE exam for MS.
Generally all the good universities require:
GMAT score of 600 plus.
GRE score of 1100 plus.
TOEFL score of 8-90 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
