Abhishek, you just don't choose stream for salary because stream is not a salary factor.Science is itself full of scope. The only thing matters is your skill and capabilities. If you want to make a professional career then go for BCA or engineering.

Both B.Tech CSE & IT degrees are equally good. CSE graduates have a minor edge over IT graduates. Every engineering college gets best students in CSE because of demand. CSE graduates get both Apps and System development job. Indian IT industry give only Apps development job to IT graduates. B.Tech CSE graduates may also get little better CTC in comparison to IT graduates if they are from reputed Engineering colleges. CSE has more scope & job opportunities in comparison to IT.

Try to do certification courses. Course can be machine learning, data analysis, data structures, operating systems, OS architecture, and other such courses. These courses can be done online. Also offline courses are available for programming languages. So you can try any of these. But before starting make sure which topic interests you. Do certifications in topics of your interest only.
