Try to do certification courses. Course can be machine learning, data analysis, data structures, operating systems, OS architecture, and other such courses. These courses can be done online. Also offline courses are available for programming languages. So you can try any of these.
But before starting make sure which topic interests you. Do certifications in topics of your interest only.

MBA is definitely the best option after BMS. If you are not planning to MBA then you may evaluate Banking & Insurance certification or SAP certification or IIBA certification etc

Its a tough ask to chose between EE and Chemical Engineering. EE is a lively side of engineering. It gives life to all the engineering. And on the other hand chemical engineering is an evergreen subject. I would say which one attracts u the most go for it. According to GATE exam, EE got slightly better of Chemical Engineering.

Since you have Biology, then Medicine is not a bad choice. This includes MBBS, BDS, BVSc, BHJMS, BAMS, Nursing, B Sc Agriculture and so on. B Sc in Sciences, Mathematics, Bio Technology and Bio Informatics are also preferred by many. BBA and BCA are also proven choices.

Various specialisations visit Amity every year and take students. The packages vary with a minimum of 4lpa and a highest that may go upto 20 lpa. Companies like E&Y, Trident, Airtel etc come to the campus for placements.

MDU-Rohtak and Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology are among the best universities present in India. Both of them offer BTech courses to students in various specialisations.
