It is quite interesting query. You will get as many opinions as the experts you ask. At least presently in India, there are hardly any opportunities for placements in core areas. As per one report, majority of students use the graduation to pursue MBA or PG. Very few get placed. However it is expected that in the years to come it is expected that opportunities are bound to increase. Best wishes to you.

Of course you can study M.Sc in computer Science. A lot many students do pursue this course. You have to give TOEFL/IELTS exam and prepare a very good cv/resume for the top universities like Oxford, Cambridge, Princeton etc. Other universities may take admission thorough an entrance exam.
