College near Delhi, otherwise you have to wait for an year, you have been late in applying for admissions, most of the universities have already closed their forms. You should go and check private universities as soon as possible, because it is only where the forms would be still open.

Yes, there is a provision for waiver of fee for SC/ST and General category students for the B.Tech and B.Arch programmes. The qualifying criteria is the candidate's AIR (CRL) rank in JEE Mains.
