If you have completed your B.Com from MGU in 2014 and want to apply for your convocation Certificate you can contact the university's registrar's office for information on how to do so. They will likely have a process in place for requesting and obtaining your Certificate. This may include filling out an application, providing proof of graduation, and paying any associated fees. You may be able to request your Certificate online or by mail, depending on the university's policies.

You can go for ARTS it is one of the best subjects if you have to take a Normal degree or you want to do government services in future I'll suggest you to take ARTS.
