Yes, you can get it according to the 2022 cutoff in 6th round, which is 6462 for OBC other state quota. But I can not give you 100% assurance as IIEST is now moving out from the dual degree course to 4 year B.Tech which results in considerable change in cutoffs. Anyways, all the best and you may get other branches if not CS.

Hello,
CSE versus ECE. The debate goes on from year to year. However, from the perspective of placements, CSE outscores ECE by miles. At least in the force-able future, this situation is likely to continue and the students will get placed. As you seem to like both the branches equally I would rather advise you to go for CSE since at least for the present and also in near future opportunities in this branch or really great.
