I think you can give as last year 8 students did cleared Jee Mains but i'm not sure of the procedure.So first you must ask the JEE officials.As far as the fees is concerned,for normal candidates per semester fees is 75000 including mess and hostel(may vary for different iits but approximately same).Don't know much about fees for nepali students So you must ask the institute.But it should be some what around the same.

PGDM is a Post Graduate Diploma course ranging from a period of 12 months to 18 months. These two courses are offered by various Universities and reputed National Institutes. Pursue PGDM from a reputed institute The eligibility criterion to join these two courses is Graduation in any discipline with a valid CAT score to get a berth in the Institutes like IIM, IISC, ISB, MANAGE and NIRD etc.,PGDM done in some Universities are not admissible for Ph.D as they insist for Two year full time programme at Master's course level as the eleigibilty criterion for doing Ph.D

Yeah! KIET is good is college. It can be compared to JSS noida but little difference .
Both colleges are good . Faculty of JSS varies from best to below average. Placement-wise CS/IT are best in JSS.
