Please understand that degree courses are always better than Diploma courses. You can do a degree course here in a good college, but if you want to study in Canada, my advice would be to go for a degree course even then.

Hi, Doing a three or six months course in-ground services in aviation after doing your graduation in engineering is not something that I will fully endorse. Of course, the aviation industry in India is growing by about 10% per year. This surely translates into good job opportunities.

However, I would like to recommend to you to go in for an MBA in aviation-related subjects. Of course, if you feel it tough to crack entrance exams and subsequent studies for MBA then you can definitely think of this course, get a job and then think of something different.

No, it doesn't have too many Science courses. B.Sc MLT is a lab based 4 year course you cannot do it by distance in Delhi. You can check with Manipal University, they have this course. At this time most of the admission is finished. Jamia Humdard University is offering this course on NEET basis you can check with them. Regards.
