Hello,
i don't know much about SAP fico module,i hven't gone through it .
But while taking an overview of it,i found that everything in it relates to finance and management and in that there were sub modules of Bank Accounting,Fund Management and Travel Management.
As per my opinion, these are few topics that any one can go through.
I suppose if in any way you have the habit of reading and learning you can definitely go through it.It will only enhance your knowledge.

Hi,
As per your query, I would suggest you to work for few years after completing your undergraduate diploma and then opt for further studies, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialized course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
However, you may consider pursuing diploma or certificate course in:
- Labour law.
- Training and Development.
- Staffing Strategy.
- Compensation management.
- Human Resource Planning, and related courses.
Feel free to discuss more.
Click on the thumbs up, if you found this useful.
All the Best.
