Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree in nursing from universities in Australia you need to have:
- Good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
- Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please note that some universities may even require work experience of atleast 2-3 years.

if u are from a reputed college than u will get answer in your college itself, as in india we are far behind in field of CS and electronics, it is very difficult to answer your question. basically company is engaging mind not the branch, so if u are from reputed govt college than it is understoood that u have brains and can do any kind of assignments, therefore u got to decide whether u have to be in hardcore engineering field or in management. If u really want to succeed than better to join a job for atleast a year and gt feel of what a market and industry is. than decide for ur course or go for MBA course
