with 43% in graduation. you can not go for regular Master degree. The Mini. eligibility for regular master degree if 50% in graduation. in most of the institutes for PGDM mini eligibility is 45%.

Well B.sc is not equivalent to B.tech, but if you pursue your M.sc in electronics after that you are eligible to take admission in M.tech.
