Placements : The college has a separate placement wing which incorporates all the current placement records. The highest salary offered was 8.6LPA, Average Salary was 4.3LPA, and Lowest was 3LPA. Few companies which participated in recruitment are as follows : KPMG, EY, Capgemini, HSBC, Angel Broking, SSgA, Thomson Reuters, XL Dynamics and so on. You must visit the respective university websites for program specific requirements and criteria. You have not mentioned the program you are seeking entry to. Hence, I would urge you to check the details on the webpages directly.
Significance of class 12th may be debatable. First, without a formal and sound foundation you cannot compete in the international education scenario. Second, the universities in question are world's top most and ensures high quality of education in terms of career outcomes, research etc. Therefore they select and admit only the best through a rigorous selection process and thus maintaining their world-class standard.

You will be eligible to apply to MIT after taking the SAT and TOEFL, however whether you will be considered and admitted is up to the university and depends on a number of factors such as co-curricular activities, academic standing, achievements and overall profile. Now a days, these specialized degrees are also not giving top quality job. Through degree, you will not get practical knowledge, which is required in the industry. An industry want specialized professionals with practical knowledge.
Do you think that Microsoft Require any affiliation from any University? I think no, because all the college purchase License from Microsoft. So, if Microsoft will take an exam and make someone certified as Microsoft Certified Professional or Engineer, then this international certification will be accepted by the industry.
Now a days, one must have to choose the line where he/she wants to make the career in IT lines. Here are some specialized job requirement in the industry like:
