Hello Rashmi,
St. Xavier's is one of the prestigious and faithful brands. It is a huge value place and study pattern is awesome there. So, it is obviously a nice choice. St. Xavier's conducts an entrance exam to get the students from all the corners. You just need to clear that. Apart, from this I'll advice you to make a proper check of its study pattern, facilities, fee structure etc. Apart from Ranchi, you can also consider one in Mumbai or Kolkata.

Nowadays, there lots of options available for students with PCM background. You can pursue BCA, BE / B.Tech or Diploma in IT from any normal college, where you can afford. As soon as you get a graduation degree, you can apply for job in Andhra University. As soon as you star your job, your financial status will be okay, then you can continue your education through open university.

It would be quite tough to predict any college for you as your rank is quite low. You will not be able to get good college with this rank. But try for all rounds in counselling.

Dear Supritha, It is a bit difficult to get admission with 55% in graduation as Australian universities ask for a minimum of 60% normally. However Deakin University, James Cook University do entertain 55% but with an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with not band less than 6, your chances increase if the score is 7 or higher. Apply early to increase chances of admission. Funds shown also should be adequate to meet their requirements to have a better chance. All the best. Regards, Satish.
