Depends on the institute you are considering to pursue the course from and city in which the institute is located. For an instance I hold certification of graphic design course taken up from RICCS institute a government NEILIT certified that was inclusive of Adobe Photoshop, Core Draw and logo making, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Query and Bootstrap that cost me around Rs. 16000 in total. Also there are other ISO certified institutes and industrial training centers like NIIT across various cities that may offer you similar set of courses along with upcoming industrial technologies being rapidly adopted by IT firms, but at considerably higher expenses probably ranging from 20,000 to 30,000 for a couple of months duration. Some may offer a 3-4 months course while others may offer a 2 month course. But it primarily depends on which city and institute you prefer to take the course from and number of technologies that you wish to opt at one go. Discounts as per more number of technologies clubbed together may apply.

As per Educational Qualification:
The candidates has to clear the Diploma in Engineering/Technology of a duration of 3 years or more from Haryana State Government. It is required by the candidates to obtain a percentage of 45% (42.75% for SC) in order to make themselves eligible for admissions.
Or,
A pass in B.Sc. From a recognised University or UGC with a minimum of 45% marks (42.75% for SC) and a pass in +2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. It is mandatory for the B.Sc. Students to clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics or Engineering Drawing. B.Sc. Graduate will only be considered for admission after the supernumerary seats have been successfully filled by the Diploma candidates. B.Sc. In Psychology is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course, the minimum eligibility for which is a Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. The programme is spread over 6 semesters covered over a period of 3 years. Admission to the course is based on the cumulative aggregate of the candidates score in the 10+2 examination as well as performance in a relevant entrance exam. It is advisable to take Psychology as one of the main subjects at the 10+2 level in school to acquire a basic understanding of the subject. However, having studied Psychology at the school level is not a compulsion. Yes there is entrance exam for some top universities

Check the CAT admission edit time period. Applicants will be able to edit and correct the mistakes made in limited details of the application form. The CAT registration form details which can be edited are percentage of marks scored in class 10, class 12 and graduation; work experience, preferred IIM programmes and their respective interview city centers which you might have selected erroneously earlier. No other details are allowed to be edited. You cannot edit certain personal details like Name, Date of Birth, email id, mobile number in the CAT application form.
