Eligibility criteria for NIITs AND IITs:
For admission in NITs and other centrally funded technical institutions, apart from qualifying the JEE Main the eligibility was to secure a minimum of 75 percent marks in Class 12 board exams or rank among the top 20 percentile in their qualifying examinations.
The candidate should satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs: Must have secured at least 75% aggregate marks in class 12th (or equivalent) Board examination. Must be within the top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective class 12th (or equivalent) board examination.

Candidates should upload thr marks of all the available semesters that they have on the portal. For the semesters result is not declared, add ot with field 00 and also mark result awaited in the column provided. There is an undertaking form available on website, take print out of it, then fill it and then upload it on the portal.

You have 80 percentile. This means you have a reasonable chance to get clear to appear for or JEE Advanced or to seek admission in any of the NIT. However, this can only be stated by National testing agency when they will declare the results in few days from now. Be patient until then and hope for the best. Best wishes to you.
