Even though B.A English is not a professional course, the versatility of the course and the skills taught in it make you eligible for a wide range of professional opportunities. Journalism Mass Communication Public Relations (PR) Marketing and Advertising Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing Content Writing and Blogging Creative Writing Teaching and Academia So Even in case you are interested in Further studies like MA English you can do that also. Even alongwith other institites LPU also offer this course for higher studies . The Salient features of the department include : Community projects, Live and industry-based projects, Regular Field Visit, Field Project, and Internships are embedded into Teaching-Learning process to appreciate and comprehend the society needs. Yes I consider LPU is best for BA (Hons) because of the following reasons: Super specialization in one social science/Humanities subject (History, Political Science, Psychology, Geography, Sociology, English) along with exposure to two more social science subjects of choice. LPU provides a great academic exposure to its students. It provides a chance to the students to attend guest lectures or workshops, so that they get to learn as much as they can. The students also work on live projects, so that they are able to apply their knowledge to practical settings. It is one of the few that has embraced international practices when it comes to designing a curriculum.
