No, It is not like that, most of the students are from Punjab, because the university welcomes students from across the country, be it students from international countries, south, north, or western India. The vibes here are so lively. Students from all over India and abroad make it such a colourful and diverse place. There's always something happening, events, activities. Not only this, the university has so many clubs, and you can get into music, dance, drama, art, and more. The facilities are awesome with modern hostels, good food, healthcare buses, and all sorts of shops on campus.

Summer internship is always special because it is the first training for students. Chandigarh University provides summer internships in many streams. The programme also gives stipend of 10,000 which supports students during training. For some, it is a good help. Stipend makes it better, but success of internship depends on company placement and personal effort. Overall, it can be useful, but experience changes from student to student.
