HRD Attestation available from Delhi for all UGC or AICTE approved University or Dept. issued Certificates. But yours is DEC and NAAC accredited.
So I would advice you to speak to the officials once for right information. And also to share-
HRD Attestation process to be completed on all MHRD approved Certificates before going to MEA for further Attestation. Normally MEA (Ministry of External Affaires) will not accept educational Certificates without HRD attestation.
