Hi Sunil. Firstly I would like to state that this course would not be available at university level. You would need to go for a diploma program. Can you let me know what your present qualification is? All courses have their advantages and disadvantages. CA covers all these portions. But I would say the coverage is not enough for making good career in these fields. Please go for MBA-Finance from top B-schools only, if you want to make career in areas specified above. If Top B-school is not possible than CA is enough as it covers various fields.

As per your query, I would suggest you to complete your B.com first, and once completed, you may then work for 1-2 years and then pursue MBA in marketing as it would further enhance your career prospects.
However, along with your B.com, you may consider pursuing diploma or certificate course in:
- Marketing.
