There is nothing like Fresher's are treated separately there is no difference as such between the salary offered to freshers and work ex people. The average salary is around 8l which is applicable for everyone.

Hi Kushagra, there isn't any distinction between freshers and work ex. Everyone gets an unbiased equal opportunity to prove their mettle during placements. Avg is around 7lpa though Work ex definitely adds advantage in terms of skills learnt and package offered.

Hi Friend,First International business or International finance is not offered as special elective in XIME.But we have courses on that like Int.finance, Int.economics, Int.banking, Int.Marketing, etc.,As of now only HSBC came for Global Asset Management and capital markets role with a handsome package of 10.5 lakhs p.a (freshers are also eligible for same package). We expect some more international roles also but not sure.Feel free to ask more doubts

Final packages are very less dependent on fresher or not, if u have experience in the industry u r going, then only will it make a difference. for finance the placements went good, and was over 10lakh

The placements in the Finance function are really good. Recently we have had a companies such as CRISIL, ICICI, SBI, Copal Amba, Deloitte, KPMG amongst others visiting for campus placement. Finance is more about technological knowledge and if you have a good grasp on the subject then you will have a good placement.

Every B school in India need comeptitve exam (CAT,MAT,XAT etc) score as an important component for admission to their MBA program. But yes the requirement varies among the various b school.
