For pursuing a diploma in civil engineering there is no requirement of graduation degree, the basic requirement to get admission in diploma civil is a tenth class certificate. If you had completed your graduation in environmental science, BSc in biotechnology, hydrology, geology or some other related subject, then you could have gone for an M. Tech in the particular branch of civil engineering.
