Germany is known as the Mecca for researchers. The German government, the industry and the European Union (EU) are the fund providers for German research projects and they have no bound to funding. In addition, the place is really cheap. An MS degree alone will not help, a Ph.D after completing your MS will be required for a strong research career.
Good luck.

In order to get admission in some of the reputed Indian management institutes one needs to give entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, CMAT etc.
A lot depends on how much you score in these exams.
As you have already appeared for CAT, some of the institutes that you can try are:
Amity
Skyline
IIMT
IILM
NIMT
etc
I would advise you to appear for other entrance exams to keep more options open.

I did a quick search about AAU but it didn't figure in the top ranked colleges. This totally would depend on your budget and the level of creative arts portfolio. Studying abroad in programming/ animation/ design is great but you would need to understand their structure and how it works.
If you're still searching you can look at studying for a job oriented diploma at a leading school in Canada. If you want advice on that I can guide you and put you across to the best schools with a scholarship if possible, but for that I'd need to mentor you to develop the right portfolio. Some of the students I have guided are studying at Sherida
