B.Tech biotechnology does not required NEET exam. For good colleges or universities, it will conduct own entrance exam or common entrance exam. Some will provide admission on merit basis. If you want NIITS and all, then better to write JEE exam.

Hello Kanishka, LEET is the generic name for entrance exam conducted for admission in engineering via lateral mode. It's not all India test. Every state has it's own method. Some states admit students based on marks of Diploma also. I would therefore like to advise you that please have a look at the webpage of "dte of tech education" of your state for information and other details. Eligibility criteria for distance B.Ed in Andhra University:
In-service teacher candidates with a minimum of two years working experience in AP and having passed Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 50% marks from Andhra University or any other university recognized, as equivalent thereto.
The candidate should be qualified in the B.Ed entrance test to be conducted by the School of Distance Education.
