B.Tech biotechnology does not required NEET exam. For good colleges or universities, it will conduct own entrance exam or common entrance exam. Some will provide admission on merit basis. If you want NIITS and all, then better to write JEE exam.

Hello Kanishka, LEET is the generic name for entrance exam conducted for admission in engineering via lateral mode. It's not all India test. Every state has it's own method. Some states admit students based on marks of Diploma also.
