You can go to Australia if you want to work while study or otherwise you can study in New Zealand too but there you will get lesser wages/hour as compared to Australia. Both are very good destinations to study.

Civil engineering and architecture are different fields that cannot be compared as such. Architecture is more of creativity and civil is the application part of that creativity, so I think which one is better depends on your interest and caliber and should be chosen accordingly.
Though in terms of scope in government sector I would prefer civil engineering over architecture in the current scenario.

NDA is entry level exam for defence for all three wings like army navy and air force if you go in army you can pass you 12 with any site like commerce and arts but if you looking for navy and air force you need to pass your 12 standard with physic and Maths both is compulsory for navy and air force.
It's good if you want to join army you completely your 12 in commerce.
Nda exam was conducted by UPSC and exam was conducted in a year twice and exam was pattern is 2 exam conducted as same day and 1 is Maths and 2 is English.
