The eligibility criteria for IIMC Entrance Exam 2018 is- only Indian nationals are allowed to take IIMC entrance test for admission in PG Diploma courses. Yes, you can. Just check the IELTS score requirement on the university websites once before applying and I will also suggest that you drop them an email. 5.5 is somewhat low but they may accept it or give you a foundation course.
