No, with this percentage it is very difficult to get admission in NITs or good government colleges but you can apply in good private universities or institutes. You can also try for state level counseling for engineering admission.

It's really easy. Go to the website of the college you are interested in. If that college has started inviting applicants, you will find a tab named admissions or apply online. Click on it and it will allow you to fill it online or download the form and then fill it by hand and send it by post.

The final AIR will be declared after April 2019 considering the best score out of the two JEE Main attempts for all the applicants, hence based on current percentile/marks we cannot predict whether you will qualify for Jamia or not. Wait for the final AIR declaration
